"I took my truck here for hail damage and they kept it for seven months. I got very little feedback and I had to chase them constantly to get updates. When I finally got my truck back, it had some issues and it also had a crack pipe under the seat. I called them and let them know about this and they told me upper management would reach out immediately and they seemed totally shocked. The problem is nobody ever contacted me and they have yet to fix pending repairs. This place took on so much business that it has really taken a turn for the worst."

"Communication was not good. They texted when the car was suppose to done but when there was a change, never contacted me. I did all the calling. Simple updates would have been great. Very disappointed in Communication. Car looked great though."

"From my first phone call to picking up our vehicle after repairs were done, this place was great! I interacted with several people and each of them was extremely professional, courteous, and our final price was exactly as quoted! I even watched all of the guys moving the vehicles around for repairs. They were efficient and friendly. To top it off, the repairs looked great! I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and I will definitely go back to Platinum Collision in the future if the need arises for us! "I was side swiped and chose Platinum Collision center based on previous reviews. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the customer service was excellent. They kept me informed on the progress of the repair. The repair was done in a timely manner and if there was any problems they kept me informed of them. I would highly recommend Platinum to anyone who needs any repair work done."

"To be clear this is my second time using them and my first experience was good but about 7-8 years ago. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and try hard to always make you feel like you are being heard from the ladies at the front desk to the estimators to the ownership. Very frustrating experience. Large work loads and communication between us and the insurance were the main issues. Originally I had discussed needing the car back for a trip and if that was a doable thing or if we needed to schedule after the trip. They ended up a couple days before I had to have the car back returning my calls. I was left with no local rental that could fit my family and had to get my damaged car back. They got it back together the day before I left with cigarette ashes in the drivers door. (Has been addressed at the end) He explained that the process is what it is and they know it’s a pain but it’s a pain for everybody one, also about the cigarette ash he said they do not clean cars but their guy does a pretty great job after the work is done to clean them. I feel slightly better that maybe my car will be done once I talk to the owner and the next day actually get a call updating on the car. They tell me it should be going into paint and they will update me, next day I call due to no update and they say well we are going to try and get it in today so i give it another day because paint inspection home is what I’m told. The next day expecting my car back I text,call, and call again it’s Friday they don’t work weekends I need the car back before the next Wednesday. Finally an answer in the afternoon and it’s in paint the guy is buffing it again and then inspection hopefully tonight. Friday was not the night but Monday came around and I called and sure as day the painter is still buffing and they hope it can be done and inspected after that and I can get it back. Monday night I finally get the car back I walk around and the panel looks good which is great that’s why we dropped it off there. (Very good work picture included) I hurry up and get it home and think oh man I didn’t check opening the back door, but it worked like a charm minus finding the broke handle I put in the picture.( Repaired at no cost to me issue resolved) I immediately send the pictures to the estimator who response surprised and wants to help me get it fixed. The day my wife leaves town he asks me to bring it by I say I can’t but I have all these pictures including one with the part number which seems cut and dry. They will not order it even though they have all the information they explain they want to verify everything that is wrong so that it is repaired correctly. The following Monday when my wife gets back to town I have to bring it by so I take off and bring it to them and they order it. We are currently waiting on the part and the issue with the cigarette ash. I feel like my last conversation was rough with them and they try to always be friendly but the situation is so frustrating and I probably let that get the best of me. Update! Thank you for local business! The part is in replaced and was a super quick repair! Owner and estimator got with me upon my return and were very kind and understanding of my frustration. Before I left with the repaired car this morning every issue I had was addressed and resolved. Just remember any time something like this is going on in your life this is frustrating on you and your family, but these guys are stacked and frustrated and working for you even when the red in your eyes gets the best of you. Thank you guys for working with me and not letting my frustration get the best of you."
