"Honestly one of my favorite places to get tacos if it all depended on how it taste. However, with the amount of poor customer service I’ve received, and recently being ignored today after paying for my Togo food, I chose to come here and express my frustration. After receiving my food, the woman at the window literally shut the door at my face. She then proceeded to walk towards a door inside the restaurant, turned around, saw me wave to get her attention and chose to ignore me. There’s a little window on that same door, where I could see her pink hat just standing there. Another worker walked passed, she opened said door for her and before she walked in, she made eye contact with me. Leaving me to believe she obviously knew I was there. I called the restaurant from my car, still at the window and saw both ladies walk out almost immediately. I then hung up the phone and waved again. I simply wanted extra sauce. My experience with customer service is that when you hand the food to the driver, you ask if there’s anything else they need. Furthermore, when I asked for an extra sauce, she stated “there’s 4 in the bag” while shutting the window. I expressed I see what’s in the bag and it’s actually 3. She implied that I was lying, but didn’t recognize I was trying to pay for the extra sauces. I ordered 8 tacos. I’m not sure who eats 8 tacos with only 3 sauces but it’s not me. I’m more than willing to pay for something that I ask, but I refuse to be called a liar and ignored at an establishment I go to regularly. The way I was treated today was very rude and distasteful. No matter how good the food may be, hospitality should come first."

"Just like the best of the taco shops in San Diego. Carne Asada burritos and rolled tacos are a staple for a good taco shop. Wish they had hot carrots IYKYK!"

"Highly recommend this spot! My husband is from Cali and this is the closest thing to San Diego, Cali tacos we’ve had! If you’ve ever eaten at Robertitos or Arsenio’s in California, you’ll enjoy this. The Staff is very kind and super quick. We got pollo, Barbacoa & adobada (pastor) tacos with pico de gallo & guac- very very flavorful! Pollo was slightly dry but still very good!!"

"Friendly workers but some of the food was cold. Some of the meat was pink and didn't look fully cooked and the food was a little bland for the price it was. Big but a little flavorless and very cold. Maybe this was a bad day for them. But workers were nice here."
