"It was a total disappointment.... Place was dirty I placed my order (5 Gorditas) Another customer came way after me and got his order first !!! They lost my order, so I had to wait even more. They started my order when they found my order... The 2 ladies there were bickering because they had too much work and didn't have more help... Will not go back again!!! Several customers were upset for different reasons"
"Dont pay with card. They over charge you. I let them know my receipt had one amount and my bank account had a way different amount. Tried solving it with the manager and just made my waist my time plus gas sice i dnt live near. Plus the ladies were rude when the problem was not with them. If i could give a 0 star i would."
"This is by far the worst location. I’ve come periodically over the course of 1 year. I regret it every single time lol. The service is terrible and they take forever, I swear. Every, single, time. Even when it’s slow and there is no customers. Whoever manages this location is clearly not the right person."
"Its a great place the only thing that i do not like is the heat in there it is tremendously hot idk how the employees are working there imagine if the dining is hot just imagine the kitchen ive been coming for a 1 year now n the air is still the same manager tells us the same thing to that they have fixed it but looking at this thermostat proves otherwise pls fix the ac the food is great customer service too its just the ac"
"The food tastes homemade and you can see them preparing everything for you. It's pretty empty and there isn't really an atmosphere. Wish they would clean the tables after customers a bit, but other than that it seems clean just slow. The chicharron and picadillo ones are a little greasy but still tasted good."
