"There is an older woman with glasses and short hair that helped me tremendously and was so sweet. I didn't get her name, but she made my visit and day so much easier. I'm not good with crowds of people and I was overwhelmed, so it was hard for me to even focus on what I was getting, but she made all the difference in the world for me. The cashier was also very sweet and funny. Thank you guys for being so helpful because the other shoe places were not anywhere near the same level of customer service. Happy holidays to you all. "I asked if they could hold some shoes for an hour until I came back. Once I came back for them, they had put them away without asking the employee who held them for me. She proceeded to ask the other girl employee to go get them. I went to check on her in case she was confused because the shoes were all misplaced but she was standing talking to an employee instead of doing what they asked her to do. They were nice which is why I’m giving three stars."

"I was there 8/13/2022, 6:00 pm. Customer service was horrible. The store employees were talking to each other in English since my grandson and I were speaking Spanish about not helping us. Anyway, we didn’t ask for help and suddenly she started yelling at us saying that we must leave and that she will call security. Be aware that in that store the employees are racists. We will never come back at that store."

"This past Saturday I was purchasing 2 pairs of shoes. Their personal check system suddenly stopped receiving checks. I was asked if i can pay another way. I asked if I pay with a credit card can I get a discount for the inconvenience. A young lady manager told me "we dont give discounts for inconveniences." Interesting! So I left. I wanted to share my experience. Thank you."
