"The lady there was not helpful. We were looking for new rings for my wife's ear. She asked us if we knew the ring size and we no and then she asked if we had the had the paper that the piercer gave us,ugh no. She turned around, went to the cash register and stopped helping us because all information was no available to her. In my eyes this associate should be retrained or trained in helping customers better in order to produce more sales. This was a lost sale and imagine how much more is being lost on a daily basis."
