"Wish you could give negative stars,instead of forcing people to be generous with at least 1 star. My horror experience was on July 15, 2023 around the time was set to open. Wasn't greeted, but did see the employees going around to greeted each other. 2 young ladies stayed at the front register to gossip about their "Friday night' adventure. My kids wanted to try on some clothes, but fitting rooms were locked. When I approached they seemed bothered that the gossip had to stop to open fitting room. Once we were ready to check out the 2 young ladies were discussing who & why they were gonna do it vs the other. I got upset that I walked out & left my wife & kids to continue checking out"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. This store wasn't as stocked with accessories, like sock,belts underwear like regular AEO stores. Had a hard time finding what I needed in these items. Still found some bargains on clothing and opened an account and got extra discount. They were extremely busy when I visited but was waited on efficiently and quickly."
