"Horrible customer service and work. Do not get your alignment here or anything else. Poor quality work. Got an alignment, car went left, going straight my wheel was at 2 o’clock. took it back and they told me it was ok. I asked them to align it correctly and they told me they would. They kind of fixed it and then told me there was nothing wrong. There was nothing they could do, that the car was aligned and that my tires were the issue. I ask for proof of the alignment and they can give it to me for some reason. Now I’m out 2 new tires because of really bad camber. Owner/ manager made a comment along the lines of “ not my fault, I’m not the mechanic”"

"I went for a oil change, they didn’t put my dip stick back in and I drove miles away from the place, all of the sudden I started smelling oil from my ac vents, the oil shot out all over the place and I had to drop it back to there to get my dip stick. They didn’t add any oil that had wasted from the dip stick slot, I had to buy a quart to put in my car myself. Never going back there again."

"Have been taking my cars here for 14 years and they are willing to help you and show you the parts that need replacing. They give you the option to take your own new parts to have installed while other places won't extend you the same courtesy. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here!"

"Updated 09/19/18 I must agree with the review by Eric Sanchez. My check engine light returned after visiting here on 9/10/2018. I went in and told him my truck needed inspection this month but check engine light was on which I was told would not pass if light was on so it needed correction. After their inspection which they call a Diagnostic test to make it sound serious, I was told it needed an O2 sensor B2S2. He asked to charge me the total of $175.53 for labor (107.45), parts (54.95), supplies (8.60), taxes (4.53). He knew I trusted in his work there before, so I agreed on this particular job being done. Since then, I have returned after he told me to drive 80 miles for a repair verification drive cycle. I asked him to please not force me to take my business elsewhere. So after sensing discomfort, he told his guys in short to erase the Check Engine Light. They simply can do this task, if they wish for you to leave by using the erase feature on their scan tool. Well I was out of there, in less than 15 minutes thinking all is well. Not so easy for me and today after the light returned after 100 miles of travel I went to both a nearby Auto Zone to get a free diagnostic report with a print out, which says PO174 Fuel System is too Lean ( Cylinder Bank 2). This is the same code that he wrote down on my Repair Order. So O2 Sensor was not repaired after all. This place is hit or miss occasionally, like most of the mechanic shops I have witnessed for myself or friends’ auto troubles. I’ve had success here taking care of the problem the first time and I’ve had to return after nearly having to pay one time for a tow to here, after the problem was not resolved. However they are more accurate and with fair handling and charges, than say the competitors such as Firestone with some of their deceptive business practices, my friends and I have faced before. I have also seen the management rotated in and out of Firestone on the Gulf Freeway and on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena within a couple of years apart. This tells me that the local Firestone businesses get a fair share of complaints towards their management employees. You will probably see the owner of this establishment here daily, except for a week or two of summer vacation in July or so. This is an older established automotive shop and I see the same guys working here over time, so they must enjoy working here at Taylor Tire, which is positive for the random client. Overall, I have replaced my mechanic twice in the the last four years. So, I’m fairly satisfied about the four tires replaced and all the mechanic work completed here and for his fees charged to me for parts, labor or diagnostic work. I do need a good, reasonable mechanic yearly , because I drive a twenty year old truck with no warranty."
