"I ordered my new tires online and scheduled my appointment for two weeks later. My appointment was at 10am on a Saturday and they called to tell me my car was ready at 11:45am. Smooth and easy process"

"My family has a membership and we get our tires handled in the Sugar Land location. However, since I live in the city, I tried this location. I took my car to replace a tire with a hole in it last Thursday. I brought the car in, they told me it would be a 2 hour wait, so I said cool I will work on my laptop in the food court. After 2 and a half hours, they called me saying that they don't have that tire in stock and I would have to come back in 3-5 days. Pretty unfortunate for them to tell me after I waited for so long. I received a call 3 days later that the replacement tire was here, so I called back and they told me the next appointment would be Tuesday at 4:45. I leave work early, drop off my car at 4:20, I hear nothing from them. So I check in after an hour, and I found out they have not brought it in. That it will be another 30 minutes. So i have waited over 90 minutes for an "appointment". This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. A huge waste of my time which is only worse considering 1 new tire will cost over $200. I cant recommend this place and wanted to share this with others and management."

"Update: They stole the tire pressure cap from my tire when adding air (see photo attached). Original: The Costco Tire Center team is either unethical and/or incompetent. Paid to have the tire team replace 1 tire that had a nail in it on Sunday, July 31st, 2023. Received a new tire only to find out it was overinflated. The car sensor didn’t pickup the overinflated issue until we drove off. Had to come back and waste 1 hour (not including the drive) to address the issue. It was a waste of everyone’s time. The tire team failed to put in the appropriate amount of tire pressure and showed that they cannot be trusted to do the job themselves. Was assisted by Jackson M. who failed to disclose that his team was going to make me come back the next day."

"5/5 price - got a great online deal on the Bridgestones and had them delivered here 5/5 quality of product - I’m no expert but my car drives much better after replacing my old tires 0/5 service - no one answered the phone when I called. When I showed up in person for my appointment, they said it’d take 1-1.5 hours to replace 4 tires and they’d give me a call when it’s ready. So I had some food then shopped around. 2 hours later and no phone call, I walked back to the desk. He said they had “trouble finding my tires” and it’d be at most another 20 minutes. I shop around some more. 30 minutes later and no phone call, I check in again and he says it’s ready and gives me the keys. No updates ever, poor communication, took almost 3 hours when I was told 1.5, not the Costco standards I expected"

"As a woman, men in this industry tend to speak to me like I don't understand anything. I've tried to avoid coming to this location because of this, but found myself having no other choice at times. Some of the employees are kind. Others are not so warm. I would like to be treated with respect and kindness regardless of my gender when it comes to the maintenance of my car. The service here seems to be a hit or miss. And don't expect to have your car done on time. This staff needs to be retrained on customer service and hospitality. Kindness can go a long way."
