"I was a retail dealer for about 10 years.I bought frequently. I sent a tire back for adjustment. It had a separation on the sidewall.It was about 2 weeks old.GT D said they only warrant most of their tires for two weeks. I was shocked. What kind of distributor does that.Do not buy from them!!!!"

"Not a good company to buy tires from. They will not stand behind the tires they wholesale. They want your money but will not warranty their tires. The owner is very rude and don't like talking good to you. I hung the phone up on him for not wanting to listen and telling me he will warranty the tire and close my account. Well hell, he could have warranty the tire in the first place. They are scams. Bad company!"

(Original review below) Looking forward to future business with you guys. Thanks again. Worst customer service, sure they might beat other distributors by 1 or 3 dollars but when you come in for returns (store credit) you need to figure out who to talk to since no one really acknowledges you standing in an empty room with 3 of them. The worst part, they act as if they are doing you a favor when it's their policy to credit you 14 days after your purchase. All in all poor service. The pricing is great but their staff needs training or replacement."
