"If I could give them 0 stars I would! Be careful at this Discount Tire, you are going to get completely different stories from each employee you talk to. On 1/4/24 I noticed I had a bubble In my tire so the next day when they opened I took my car in and I obviously needed a new tire. The employee that I was talking to said I only had warranty certificates on two of my tires. (I could have sworn I had it on all 4 but whatever) He then told me that because they couldn’t tell which tires has warranties and which ones didn’t they were going to replace my tire for free this time. I thanked him for that, then he asked if I wanted to purchase warranties for the other two tires and I said yes. On the 6th when I took my car in to get the new tire put on I told them I had changed my mind about adding the warranty because my tires weren’t brand new anyway so I just decided that I would add that on the next set of tires I get. He told me that if I didn’t buy the warranty on 3 tires that I would have to pay for the “free” tires they were putting on my car because that wasn’t one of the ones I had the warranty on. I told him that he was contradicting what the guy the previous day had told me. Within less than 24 I got two different stories. First I was getting a free tire because they couldn’t tell which ones had a warranty on them and the next day I was either paying $122 for the warranties on them or I was paying $103 for a new tire. When I spoke to the manager he told me I “got a good deal” because I got a free tire put on my car. That supposed “free” tire cost me $122. Next time I need a set of tires I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"I brought my car to discount tire because it had a nail in it and wasn’t holding air. The tech told me that my tire could not be patched and I would need a whole new tire. They supposedly replaced my tire and charged me $300. A week later that same tire was still not holding air. I went back in to have the tech look at it. He said, “You have a nail in your tire and will need it replaced.” I told him that I was in the week before and that they told me they replaced my tire. He said that the tire was definitely not new… it was from 2022 when I bought the truck. I was completely lied to."
