"Worst customer service. They were not busy and told me to leave and he walked away. Super rude with ugly attitude. He legit said go somewhere else. I asked if they can cover the seats bc I have white leather and for some reason he got offended. I would not recommend anyone there. He acts like he can’t help people. Very poor behavior when it comes to help people with car issues"

"I visited to have my wheel balancing for Lexus ES 350, first impression was that none was at the front office, after waiting for few minutes I went directly in working area. I asked the guy who usually do alignments. If he could rate me for the car. Firstly he did not even bother to hold for a minute and see which car I am talking about, and immediately refused stating I do not do prius, on insisting I am not in Prius but Lexus than he look to realize My statement. Than I asked him the price for alignment and balancing nicely. He quoted me pretty high price. On requesting on a lighter note if he could give me better price as I am an old customer of their other shop by Bissonnet Street. He refused to even talk to me, stating rudely and arrogently with lots of disrespect that "GO BACK TO THAT SHOP" I said you are taking me wrong, I meant I am Chamo's shop old customer, I was requesting or expecting to get discounted rate. He again than rudely said I am not taking your order LEAVE FROM here. Summary: If this is how you guys gonna treat your old customer, who had tons of business with you (my work place always had them aligned cars, inspections, new tires purchases), than that is not right at all. Respect and give time to hear to customer, and understand his/ her intend instead of thinking something negative has been said to you. SHAME ON YOU FOR DISRESPECTING YOUR OLD CUSTOMER !"

"This is my 3rd time here and they do a good job especially my oil change because I always over past due my time but make it on te to get an other one. This is my 1st time using them for tires and we will see how that go's, they also very quick at what they do. Thank you and see you next time!"
