"Second visit here, the staff is by far the friendliest and courteous I have encountered. This location is always busy but they never seem to get impatient or abrupt when you are greeted and attended. Fred is awesome, that’s the only name I have at the moment but honestly same could be said about everyone that’s ever helped us out. You can’t compete with their prices and hospitality, my favorite part is that they are never pushy about upselling, they are transparent but never make it awkward or like an obligation. This type of service is why I came back to replace all 4 tires and will continue to do so for all my tire needs"

"I gave 4 stars primarily due to the assistance from the technician named Danny. Unfortunately, the other technician, possibly named Junior, was impolite and disrespectful when I sought a consultation for a tire leak. Despite being the first customer, Junior rudely insisted I wait at the back of the line after Danny had started helping me. Thankfully, Danny supported me throughout the process, displaying patience and kindness despite my limited knowledge about cars and tires. I appreciate Danny's excellent service from the moment I arrived until I left."

"This branch proved to me as deceiver. I purchased two tires just 2-4 months before one of my purchased tire was manufacturing damaged. When they sold tire to me- they said- tire has 40,000 or 50,000 miles manufacturing warranty. Might be it was date expired tire. After purchasing 2 months I was watching a deep white shade on whole tire and many small whole. Then one day it burst. I called road side assistance and opened the damaged tire. Then took it to this branch. One of their Assistant Manager Evan said me after watching this damaged tire- "hey! Its damaged for Allignment. You did not do Alignment may be. So its not covered for manufacturing warranty. " See- what type of Cheating this is?? Then I said them- I will complaint to Discount tire Corporate office. Then their main manager (the name of him might be started by F) said me- " Okay! If you complain against this branch- they will forward your call just to me! Ha ha ha"!! O my goodness! What a unprofessional manager he is! Then I said him- Okay- then I will complain to Attorney General of Texad. Then I come out and at first I called Discount Tire Corporate office. There an Executive named Mr. Jason may be. He assured me- "Mr. Khan! Please go to that branch today or tomorrow. I already informed them to give you some compensation. " Then I went that Bellaire Branch. But I was so wondered- from Corporate office, nobody ordered them to give me any compensation. I will never ever go to discount Tire to purchase any tire. Nur Khan"

"The quality of the tires doesn’t seem to be what they promise you when they’re convincing you to pay $200 per tire. I purchased all 4 tires from discount tire less than 2 years ago and I have had to replace 3 of those tires since then. Every time I come they charge me an additional $40 to replace it and say “at least you’re under warranty”. I shouldn’t have to be dealing with this many tire issues so soon when I’m spending nearly a thousand dollars for “quality tires” that were supposed to last me years."
