Dollar General

"Will never stop in this dollar general again. I had a small purse that is a mini back pack big enough to put my phone, car keys and wallet in. I walked in the store and the associate tells me ma'am you have to leave your bag by the door it's policy. Mind you there are no signs up stating this and also you expect me to leave my purse with my car keys in it near a public door and expect me to walk around with my wallet which I never do it stays in my purse unless I'm paying out somewhere. I don't think so Dollar General I will not be back to this store if your going to force me to leave my personal belongings in a public place unattended and also I carry a rescue inhaler and EpiPen for my child in the even something triggers his asthma and or he is exposed to something he is allergic to so if I leave my purse at your door and something happens to him in the store then I can and will hold DG personally responsible for that. I am done with this specific dollar store period. DOLLAR GENERAL DO BETTER!"

"They took my money and send it was fake but when cops came he gave it back and didn’t even say sorry for being wrong."

"Just another dollar general pretty much the only grocery store in the area unfortunately. Annoyingly the parking lot only has one entrance from Travis street, another entrance on the service road would be convenient."

"My husband went in around 4:00pm and was refused the bathroom. He has a medical condition which requires him to frequently use the restroom, when he tried to explain this to the lady at the register she simply said she does not care and sent him away. I hope she is never treated the way she treated him because it was super uncalled for. After reading several reviews this store seems to have a habit of discriminating against people with medical issues as well as disabilities. I also tried calling the store several times to speak to the GM about their bathroom policies to see if this was a policy everywhere or just their store and wouldn't you know it they decided to not answer their phones. Terrible customer service and the only dollar general in town without a public bathroom to my knowledge."

"Ill start off with i don't need my service dog as much as i use too. But this was horrible. I have a service dog that is licensed. The man that was in charge at the time Of October 16th between 3pm and 4pm tried to refuse me because i had my service dog. We ended up arguing as i was telling him any established store that allows the public to shop or eat as is require by law to allow person's with service animals into the store or establishment he said because they are privately owened they are allowed to refuse me and others like me. I told hem that's incorrect. He said "I'll let you shop this time." I tried to talk to his supervisor he refused i couldn't get a name a number nothing. I have called the better business borrow. I also called my lawyers. Its already hard enough to need a service dog but to go threw this makes it even more difficult. This is discrimination. This is 100% wrong. And i was in the middle of working i wasn't shopping for myself this is my job to deliver things sometimes shop for people. Also they where out of everything."
