"Four years ago got a custom pair of boots done and in those four years I have wore them maybe 20 times. They are great looking boots, got no complaints about the looks of them. The fit is terrible, the worst fitting shoes/boots I have ever had. They were supposed to be made to my exact feet measurements but they don’t even feel close. Every part of the boot is tight and overall is too narrow. I have had them stretched once by the original maker and another time by another boot maker. They are a little better than before but still not even close to being comfortable. They owner was super nice and seems like a great guy but these boots just missed the mark."
"I’ve had two pair of custom made boots made at ABC. Also have purchased two pair off the rack for my son. Brought my father in law in and he bought a pair. Recommend a friend come get a pair of customs made. He got his and back and needed a slight adjustment. They reviewed it together and ABC fixed and shipped the boots. They fit my friend like a glove now. Excellent customer service, quality, and lots of variety. ABC takes the time to truly understand what your vision is and makes it happen on custom boots."
