"They are fast .but reason for 2 stars is because they told me $80 over the phone to change new tires i get there they told me 120 and when paying he said since you using card instead of cash i got charge another $10 ."
"The guys there are awesome. They waist no time in getting the job done. You tell them or show them what you need and they take care of the problem. Used tires there are reasonable and affordable. I'm not sure about new tires or rims. They definitely know what they are doing. Quick and friendly. If you need anything tire related, you need to go to these guys fast and reliable, would recommend this tire shop to anyone."
"My fiancé had a blow out on I-35 on her way back to Austin. Her car had low profile sports tires that no other place had in stock. Fortunately, HGO had a used one. They repaired her tire quickly so she could get back on the road. Everyone at HGO was helpful and professional. Very happy with HGO, and would certainly use them again."
"I would give this 0 stars if I could. My family normally comes here to get tires and usually would get a good deal but today I came in with my mom trying to buy a USED tire, was greeted rudely, and when it came time to talking about price they chose a price out of the air. They told us it was going to be $50 for a used tire and when we pulled up the price for a new tire at Walmart they told us they could put the bad tire back in the car and that we should go to Walmart because they don’t compare prices. They also proceeded to talk bad about us in Spanish assuming that we didn’t understand. We stayed in good spirits even though they were negative, but that was no way to treat a customer."
