"I went here because they said they could align my front end on my service truck but they could not due to a truck being worked on in the alignment bay. The service advisor was not very friendly at all. The guys working in the shop were great and Gary did a awesome job. Will not be going back."
"I went to Pete's after others had no way to fix the passenger side door that wouldn't open from the inside or outside. I was recommended to take it to Pete's, and they got the job done within a couple of days. Door is working incredibly well, also they did an oil change and the spark plugs for a good price."
"Pete’s is good for simple service and tires. I wouldn’t recommend them otherwise. I took my Ford expedition in for a coolant leak and diagnostics on a vibration issue when accelerating. After two weeks and $4000, I have the same problems - no improvement. They mis-diagnosed the vehicle, made repairs that were unnecessary, I paid the bill and we still have the same problems. I won’t take my vehicle to them again. Steve “sold” me on the repairs and continued to try to justify the failure. Not trustworthy, try elsewhere."
"I wouldn’t trust these guys to fix your vehicle. I had no other real choice in 2021 when I took them my Ram 2500 with a leaking rear differential pinion seal. I dropped it off with them and a few days later they called to say they needed to rebuild the pinion yoke assembly for $1300. I gave them the approval and got it back a while later. After driving it I could tell something was not right with their repair and I took it back to them multiple times to resolve the issue. They kept telling me they couldn’t replicate the issue and nothing was done. I eventually had to give up on it because I was tired of taking off work and losing money to go mess with them. Well here I am now and my rear differential has completely failed and going to cost a fortune for a full rebuild. I am 100% confident that these guys and their inability to do simple jobs caused my issue that I’m having now. I would avoid them and go to one of the many other repair shops around DFW."
"I moved from Arizona to Texas 6 years ago. My old girl, Sweet Acura RL (2006) has always been taken care of by Pete's Automotive. She is running well and is still looking good. I recommend Pete's...their service is awesome!"
