"If I could give a negative star on this company I would! We have used Kwik Kar for years but because they made a coding mistake on an inspection report, we had to pay extra money at the tax office. Instead of owning the mistake, they blamed it on the computer. After spending hours on the phone we found out it was this facility that made the mistake. The extra money it cost wasn't the issue. The integrity of this company was shown and now they will be losing a long time customer. If the original owner of this location knew how business was being handled now, he would be ashamed."
"Lured to Kwik kar for oil change by $20 off Sunday only coupon. Drove right in, no waiting. Quick service! But then was charged $103.00 for synthetic oil change including filter, after coupon accepted. Has price of oil change service really increased that much?"
"Came in on pretty short notice but the crew took car of me. My oil change took less than 7-10 minutes between the time of signing the paperwork. Nothing was rushed. Kyle showed me the oil filter as well, and I was overall comfortable with the service provided. Thanks again!"

"Had to stop by on my way to waxahachie from red oak bc my tire pressure light came on, my tire quickly started to become lower and bumpier as I drove by. I had my one month old baby in the back crying making me more nervous than I already was, so thankful to Julie and her team who were so kind to quickly change my tire to my spare for me so I can be on my way. They also let me know what was wrong so I can get all my tires checked."
