"Went in to get a haircut for my son. The website and Google didn't say they wouldn't take walk-ins. So, we went to the store only to find it closed in the middle of the day during work hours. We ended up going down the street to get a great cut. Due to them being absolutely closed in the middle of their open hours, I won't be trying to return."

"The cut itself was around 10 minutes as Aleecia or something similar to that name, showed a complete lack of effort to listen to what I wanted. She cut my hair too short in the back, and didn't thin it out like I had asked. She was curt and somewhat rude to me because I had difficulties with the in person check-in system, specifically stating that "sometimes it can be difficult pushing that many buttons". I have longer curly hair and only wanted a trim and ended up with a choppy short neckline and a fade up to the crown. I went in for a trim and thin as I am trying to grow it out. Going back to the check-in system, I was a walk-in and although checking into the system correctly and it telling me I was ready to be seated with a 20 minute wait, the system failed to put me on the schedule. This caused an additional 20 minute wait on my already 20 minute wait. There was only one other person in line when I arrived and yet 4 others got pushed through first. This was partially remedied by them moving me up on the list even though the system said I had an hour and 30 minute wait. *Edit: the manager was the one who pushed me though and she seems to have lots of positive reviews here. She was the only positive note."

I was treated with the utmost respect from the beginning, seeing what my hairstyle could do compared to the end goal.
