"I just stopped in the Cedar Hill store one morning to see if they would do a quick assessment of my tires. I was in a hurry. Thomas immediately went outside to check my tires. Then he explained my options and showed me some tires that were affordable for me. He thoroughly described all the features and warranties. I told Thomas I didn’t have much time. He assured me they could have my tires replaced in less than thirty minutes. He was right! Smooth transaction with friendly, reliable service. Thank you, Thomas! "What's good about them is that they repair tires for free. They are good for flat repairs as well as new tire purchases. Cedar Hill is the best location of all of them. They can handle the more complicated tire problems. In particular, service advisor Rueban was resourceful when I lost the key to my wheel locks. Technician Will broke off the lock easily while taking care not to damage my wheel. They patched up my tire that had a nail inside it for free."

"Wait time is extremely long for service! You purchase tires and warranty but is it really worth it? You have to ask yourself that ahead of time with them because you do not get the value or quality of what you pay for. Then, they produce falsified service tickets and do not provide the adequate service; only to convince you that you may need another set of 4 tires for your safety. BE AWARE and SHOP AROUND!!"

"my set of Yokohama tires w/ DOT date of 2022 - so less than 2 years - and tread depth of 8/32 (nearly new) - separated into two pieces while driving down 360 - despite the Yokohama website stating that it was warrantied, Discount Tire refused to honor any warranty - they are the worst!"
