"I went to take my 6 year old brother for a haircut they cut his hair before so I went in thinking nothing this time they straight up ignored us every customer that walked in they sat them before him and he was the first little child there all the new customers that walked in had little boys with them and still sat another child before my brother and we been waiting for a while already. Didn’t make no type of eye contact with us what so ever. I felt VERY OFFENDED. I had to leave I wasn’t gonna wait till the shop was empty for them to finally realize he was waiting. Never again will I go to this place."

"Beware! I took my son to get a haircut at the one on Southmore Ave. & it was an older lady that wasn't too familiar with the style but I like to give people a chance. So she's doing the haircut & stops several times to tell me that it's not possible to fade up or blend the line, when I can clearly see that it can be done. She finally finishes a mediocre job & I figure, I'll just fix it myself at home, she tells me the price & I pull out the money when my son notices she shaved off about a 1/2 inch of his eyebrow...I tell her & she straight up denies doing it. Telling me its impossible because it's so far away from the hairline. I tell her that he walked in with 2 complete brows &she insists it wasn't her. My son is a teen and was very still, never moved to cause this. She straight up argued with me for like 5 mins about this instead of just accepting her fault& maybe just an apology, it's not like she could have glued it back on anyway but it was the principle of the matter. ANYONE can make a mistake, just own up to it! Obviously, I won't be going back."
