"Went inside the store, found a tote bag in the section where totes were 10 dollars and there were several of the same color and material in the section, when it got to the checkout, it was ringing out 25 dollars, the employee and the store didnt want to honor their own price in the section, use to love this store, but i think ill be shopping somewhere else now."
"I like the atmosphere and location, however, I couldn’t find anything I really wanted. A lot of stuff was out of stock, the friendliness of the staff just isn’t there. They are too busy, engaging with each other, versus helping, serve customers, and providing a service. I found it weird that the company is making employees rehearse a long paragraph, to inform shoppers of certain promotions. It doesn’t seem real, the guy was smiling, but he also seemed very miserable. There has to be a smarter way. To promote any ongoing services you might have. So, while you are making them rehearse, whatever promotion you have, They aren’t telling customers hello, thank you hope you have a good day, etc. overall, the atmosphere is not bad, however, I didn’t find what I needed in produce or the make up area. Lots of holes on the shelf"
"Purchased an item online for pickup. Intended to pick up the item the next day but due to my schedule, I selected in the Target app to pick up the item at another time. The next day I was on my way to the store at around 1:30 and opened the app to let them know I was on the way, however the app showed my item was picked up at 8AM that morning. I called the store and after 30 minutes of being on hold, I was told that because I selected to pick up the item at a different time, the item was taken out of its spot and store policy says they have to mark it as picked up and the item is restocked. Because of this, someone else picked up the item of which I can not find in stock anywhere within 50 miles. I think an employee saw the item and kept it for themselves."
