"Took FOREVER to do make up and hair and wasn’t even the style I asked for plus they charged me extra last minute and when I asked why, they didn’t have a reason and said because hair was “longer than expected”. Overall, HORRIBLE, overpriced service!"

"If you want to make it to your events on time, DO NOT BOOK HERE. They ask you to book ahead of time and give a deposit BUT make you wait up to HOURS. They overbook and rush when working on your hair and make up, end up doing whatever THEY feel like doing to get you out ASAP. We were on time for our appointment at 7 and a bridal party arrived 1 hour LATE, they did not acknowledge us in until they were done with that group of girls. The staff couldn’t handle so many people, Naty herself had to come in on her day off. If they are late, CANCEL. They missed their appointment. The so called stylists and front desk laughed at us when they saw how unhappy we were. Overrated place, the owner’s name makes it “well known”. 0 stars."

"If I could give -10 stars I would. My family and I made makeup and hair appointments for my sisters 15 there, and we told them the time we had to be ready by so they booked us at 7am. We did not end up leaving until almost 5pm. They kept taking in people who kept coming in instead of attending us knowing we had to be ready by 2pm. Second of all, our hair kept falling while being there and they kept having to fix it. Third of all, I asked for red eyeshadow & she put on some pink/purple tone.. my sister asked for light pink and she put the same pink/purple one.. (you can see it in the picture) & so on.. & Lastly once we had to pay they took off everyone’s deposit off 1 persons payment & the rest of us had to pay the full price ?? & Then they still laughed in the front desk because of how mad we were. Worst place ever, I do not recommend."

The care and attention the staff does here I Devine. Truly is a hidden gem!!!! If you ever need a good treat for yourself or a loved one come here !"
