"If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Discount Tire as a whole has my lifelong business, but as long as I'm in Arlington, this specific shop has my patronage. Since i drive for work, they have helped me out of more binds than I could count. HIGHLY recommend you bring your vehicle here for any tire related issues, they will for sure get you right!"
"They fixed my flat tire and made sure my other tires were properly inflated. The wait area was full but still got me out in an hour which is the time they said. I love the new tracking link so you know when they are working on your car if you are not able to wait for vehicle in person...awesome team...I saw managers put on gloves and help out with the workload. I will come back when tires are needed."
"**update, new tires from Odessa location, balanced out perfect and drove smooth as glass, back to Arlington and never threw a weight once.** Normally never had an issue here and this is, through my personal experience with several discount tire locations, my favorite. But got tires rotated and balanced and didn’t make it 5 minutes down the road and weights started falling off, went back and they re balanced the tire with missing weights no problem, fast and apologized it was great, then next morning heading out of town and weights started falling off again I could even see the shine of the brand new weights bouncing down the road in my rear view, I pulled over and there was another set hanging inside one of the other tires. Really disappointed, never had this happen before, never previously had issues with this location. Stopped at another one and the guy there immediately knew it was because it was cold and said they should have heated the weights up so the adhesive would stick better."
