"Horrible experience! Walked in the store and was basically ignored. I tried on an earring and OWNER immediately came out and very aggressively told me not to try them on. I was taken aback from her rudeness. Mind you there was no sign anywhere. She said she saw me on camera and was basically stalking me. Guess I was racially profiled. I was never warmly greeted when I came in like the others. This place is racist. Hope others are encouraged to speak out."
"I absolutely loved this store, and am sad that I will no longer be shopping there. I will also deleting my app. I usually have the best experience, when shopping and buying stuff there. Today I went to exchange a shirt for a different size (still had tags on, wanted a medium instead of a small). I received this gift for Christmas, so I obviously don’t have the receipt. They would not exchange without a receipt. I was not trying to get money back, and it was a simple transaction. Fake “sorry about that” at the end. After reading the reviews, owner seems to always think her store is right, “every business has a return policy.” I understand, but maybe this part of the policy should be revisited and revised. Exchanges shouldn’t be this difficult. Good luck with your business!"
"I had a pair of earrings with a broken post still on the card with labels. They would not exchange for a good pair…. Very rude and don’t try to return any defective item!!!! If you buy a cup and it leaks…. They probably wouldn’t give you a good one!"
