"It makes no sense why the employee cant explain that an outlet store doesnt allow exchanges or that its final sales . For every transaction this should be stated. Forever 21 does this. The tiny little sign isnt enough for ppl with bad vision. The employees were also rude and immature . They clearly need better customer service training. Never coming back or shopping at fabletics again. Lululemon is better quality anyways and the only reason I came in for the first time was because lululemon was extremely packed."
