"Ready to make my purchase and the cashier ask me if I tried on the clothes I say no she continues to ask are you sure multiple times asking me if I’ve bought from here before finally when I say I know my size she makes the remark that I have 90 days to return. So rude, I'm literally not even an overweight person I’m size small."

"It makes no sense why the employee cant explain that an outlet store doesnt allow exchanges or that its final sales . For every transaction this should be stated. Forever 21 does this. The tiny little sign isnt enough for ppl with bad vision. The employees were also rude and immature . They clearly need better customer service training. Never coming back or shopping at fabletics again. Lululemon is better quality anyways and the only reason I came in for the first time was because lululemon was extremely packed."
"Lots of choices. The staff is super helpful. If they don't have it in store they will check the wear house. They made our girls shopping trip super fun and provided us with the best discounts possible."
