"Customer service is horrible, I’ve sent plenty emails about returning items that didn’t fit, they take days to respond to emails, customer shouldn’t also be responsible for paying for shipping on returns, that’s beyond ridiculous. Will never order from this company again"

"Was excited to order from this company since they had the joggers crewneck I was looking for, but I only received partial order with no explanation, contacted to see what was the deal, was told they were out of the item, they offered a partial refund for item 9.99 and the item was 11.99...seeing that I was angry and wanted a full refund since they tried to get over by not offering a full refund on the item...needless to say won't be ordering from them again, can't recommend this company smh"

"I was introduced to this brand a few months back. I had an incident where I was sent one wrong size and another where I preferred the regular hoodie over the lightweight. During both of those instances, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was contacted directly by Alex who expedited my shipping and made sure that I had his direct number if or when I had an issue. "I found Circle Clothing online and ordered 3 hoodies and 2 T-shirt’s as a sample for my Apparel line, Relfections Worship Wear (Reflectionsworshipwear.com) that will launch this spring. The order never arrived via ups. I reached out to the the contact person Alex and made him aware that the items were never delivered. I filed a claim with UPS and he inquired with them on his end. He decided that it was best to resend the items via Fedex which arrived a few days later. The products are great! Hoodies are of good quality and tshirts are soft. He also included a free mask which is perfect for heat press because of the flat design. Alex was very professional and apologetic. This all happened during the ice storm in Texas and he still made sure to work on this problem to get it resolved. Customer Service is huge to me and he provided just that!"
