"I came to this store to return a few items from an online order I had purchased and the girl working cashier was extremely rude. I had told her I wanted to return a few items from my order and she with an attitude responded "You want to return all of this???" I had purchased over 20 items online and I was only trying to return like 4 items. Then she goes on to tell me I can only get merchandise credit but I have a paper from the online store saying I have up to 30 days to return an item online OR at ANY store near me. I try to show her the paper but she doesn't even bother looking and tells me I can read the policy on her front desk. However I did not purchase from their store so I don't see how that applies to me. I asked her what store can I return it to because she obviously was not going to do my return despite their stores own online policy and she gives me a location that's over an hour away. Thing is, I might have just taken the store credit if she wasn't so snappy, rude, and downright unprofessional. I will never purchase from this company again."

"The prices were very good, but the sales clerk that checked me out was questioning if I was lying about the price of my merchandise. The young black clerk had a very bad attitude. She was rolling her eyes for no reason. She will be the one that will drive customers away with her stank attitude. No sure I will ever come back to that particular store. She needs an attitude adjustment or needs to be fired!!!!!"

"This store is a hot mess. Looks and feels dirty. Everything is unorganized. I can assure you their AC does not work. It is extremely hot up in here. Cashiers are extremely slow. 1 cashier with 10 people in line. Also music is not appropriate."

"Thank you for reopening the stores. My best friend love the shoes and the leather type pants. Staffs are always so kind and helful plus knowledgeable. They assisted us and helped us whenever we asked them anything. We have bought two trousers and two pairs of shoes. This is very affordable and the quality of shoe is superb Thanks again"

"Made it to the store 2 hours before closing. Line was backed up to the entrance door. Halfway through the line, the manager (Michelle) decides to take her break. When I finally make it to the register to exchange some items, the cashiers (both of them) says only a manager can do an exchange as they were never taught how to do them. They called to tell her they needed her to do the exchange. Her response was, I’m off the clock. I stood and waited about 15 minutes at the register before she eventually made it back, full of attitude. The nerve of me wanting service. Horrible experience overall!!!"
