"Black people dont shop here, they love to follow you around the store."

"The customer service was terrible! I had a lot of clothes I was getting ready to buy. I asked the worker to help me take the clothes to the register. She replied, “I’m not your maid”! So, we took the clothes to the register, ourselves. I told the manager what the worker said. The manager grabbed the clothes from, me angrily and said, “just don’t buy the clothes”. I will never go back there ever, again!!!!! I see a lot of one star ratings! I wished I had seen this before I went to this store!"

"Would give zero stars if I could. All these stores are terrible. I've been to 2 and it's the same. The clothes is cute but their dressing rooms are closed. The second time I went to one of these stores, I decided to buy a few things because supposedly they offered exchanges. When we went to pay, there was a sign taped to the counter that said they offered 15 day exchanges only but the clerk said it was only for jeans! No refunds or exchanges on anything else. When I questioned why they didn't allow refunds or exchanges if you couldn't try anything on, the clerk just said, "We can't " and the other person, who seemed to be the manager, very rudely amd angrily stepped in front of me and tore the paper off the counter and said, "Everything is final sale!" I walked out without buying anything. Now I know why these stores are so empty."

"Cheap store, cheap customer service from the owner and the employees. Stores like these should not be in any good mall, it ruins the reputation of the mall. There employees have no respect for customers and they have no idea about their policies."

"Antiquated store. "No returns policy" not communicated to customers at time of purchase The Q store, in Sugarland Texas, is a poor, poor place to shop in this day and age. I'm sorry I shopped there. I had purchased a camisole. I needed to return it and look for something else as well as shop more. But they didn't need my business. "Can I exchange this item, please?" I asked the store clerk. She said, no all sales were final. I know, I said, the store didn't take things back, but I could return something for store credit, right, or so I was told at the time of purchase I reminded the clerk-manager. "No, ma'am, our policy does not allow, any exchange/return/ store credit on certain women's clothing and all accessories, I'm afraid. So I quietly made a charitable donation of my camisole and the yellow " Q" bag to the Q store- maybe they would do something good with it, or place it back on the racks for a double sale. Who cares? That's how much I didn't need it nor need to shop at the store anymore. Dear Q, Please put up a sign spelling out your policy specifics to customers in bold. So they can see it, roll their eyes and then walk over to another store. Oh my, maybe that's why they haven't put it up! Well o well, there are bigger problems, but thought Id let people know what to expect at Q"
