"Me and my friends were trying on clothes for fun, as soon as we walked in they asked us what we were doing in the store in a rude way. we wanted to try to find a fun style that suits us. She was rolling her eyes and was staring at us the whole time. when we left the store, we wanted to go to starbucks, she followed us there and asked others about where we were and started questioning one of my friends if she had a top from the store ( we had no bags on us so we couldn’t carry anything anyway. ) She then told us “ ok well i was getting some coffee. “ then left with a free water cup. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. She instantly walked away as one of the parents gleamed to my friend."

"We had a sephora bag but no makeup was out or being used. Nobody screamed in the general managers face and we were actually about to buy a dress, so at that point they just lost business. When we entered somebody did make a comment about the price, but she was just stating her opinion and nothing about it was derogatory. We were just minding our own business and trying to have a fun time."
