"I am well aware of the great American walk out, but I also believe that your employees should be dressed appropriately for the clientele you are trying to sell to. For the two store attendants on the night of 12/27, one was dressed like she just got off of the eliptical at planet fitness, and the other sat Indian style on the counter playing on her phone for the full twenty minutes I was in the store. Maybe that works at chick filet, but not for the customer base that is contemplating buying a $200 shirt."

"Love this store but today they failed me. Usually amazing, friendly, helpful staff with an amazing selection of clothes in a hard size to find for myself. I've been eyeing some things I wanted for a overseas trip tomorrow and while I was shopping the Mall which closes at 7pm per mall ours, I stopped for what I thought would be my final shopping stop here only to find that the store was closed 50 minutes prior and I was sadly waved off. They didn't attempt to reopen the door for me and unfortunately for them they lost a sale. I had to go to another store and grab the few items that I did like, so I spent less than I was actually prepared to do. I upset as I am at the poor exchange today, I'm not going to give them the 1 star because they've previously have taken amazing care of me. I just wasn't aware they close an hour before the other stores and it should be clearly posted if it isn't. I missed out on a good sale and so did they this evening."
