"Too pricey, just wanted to change two tires size 20's on my vehicle ,and was being charged $30. Went to another tire shop across from H.E.B on S. Closer blvd and they charged me $20. Saved $10 bucks...."

"Literally paid $60 for a used tire 4 hrs later the tire had a flat. Waiting to get picked up because I don't even have a spare tire to use. Update. It's now 6:46pm and my mom had went to a different tire place bcuz they were closed already. Anyways the other tire place told my mom that the guy sold us a used tires that that tire only had a patch and when the patch tore it caused the tire to flatten. We will be going tomorrow for a refund. We didn't just get 1 but 2 tires from them. Horrible service."

"Horrible place, very rude and unprofessional. Went there in search of a used tire, of a specific size. They had one used one, the guy wanted a hefty price for it, plus extra to install and balance it. When I casually jokingly mentioned that's almost the price of a brand new tire at Walmart, he told me, rudely, I should go to Walmart. While waiting for my turn, I clearly overheard him "sending" another customer to Walmart. Really? What the heck? El Bombon is of course free to sell his old tires at his price, run off his customers as he pleases, but we don't have to put up with it. People, do yourselves a favor, shop for tires somewhere else...anywhere else, maybe even at Walmart. I personally went to one of the next several used tire places nearby, found a nice tire, and bought it."

"The worse service ive ever had at a tire shop. The man was very shady gave me the wrong tire size on my car and charged me $40 i left drove and the car was all shakey came back and he took off the tire and still charged us $10 for labor. We didnt want another tire anymore after that. I would not recommend them at all"

"Great tire shop, with the most friendly owner. Really good prices for quality tires, even used tires seem like barely used. I had bought 3 set of tires for the last 2 years since I first discover it traveling to my house. I travel back an forth between cities putting thousands of miles and never had a problem with the tires. Only flats due to nails or screws."
