"My husband and I came here to buy Dallas Mavericks gear. The blonde lady at the desk was very nice and accommodating. I found a $100 sweatshirt I liked but was unable to try on because there were no fitting rooms. We bought it anyways and were asked for an email for the receipt- and we left. I tried it on at home and it did not fit. I checked my email for the receipt and it was nowhere to be found. (Not even in spam) We drove back same day- 5 hours after the purchase in hopes it was the same person to return/exchange it. It was a younger guy at the desk (different that the first person we bought it from) I explained I never received the receipt via email but the sweatshirt didn’t fit. The guy at the desk already had an attitude and said there was nothing he could do about it unless we had a receipt. I explained that there was nothing I could’ve done since I provided my email for the receipt and never received it- I had the same card if he could look it up. He again proceeded to say he couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to find something of the same price in the store. I decided not to argue and found $100 worth of merchandise and exchanged it. When I pulled out the sweatshirt that didn’t fit he made the comment “do we even sell this here?” … are you kidding me??? I went around him and pulled up the same sweatshirt from across the store. He gave me a thumbs up and proceeded to exchange the sweatshirt. He said he sent the new receipt to my email. I repeated the email address to ensure it was correct and he said it was correct without even looking at the screen. (Still have yet to receive that second email) Complete disregard for us as customers. I understand sometimes there is nothing you can do but this one was not my problem and should’ve been handled. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention everything in here is insanely overpriced compared to other sports stores. Go somewhere else for your sports gear. Will not be returning."

"Great to see all the local teams and schools represented, but absolutely everything marked up from other stores in the mall, and the two workers did nothing to acknowledge people walking in the store. Waste of space."
