"Very helpful when we went in, but seemed very unorganized. Scrubs were ordered along with patches and embroidery. Scrubs were not prepared on time, and came with excuse after excuse as to why, and when we'd get them. Would be faster to buy the scrubs and get them embroidered somewhere else. Customer service after the initial sale was non-existant."
"This is one of THE worst stores to go to .the manager hang up the phone on me.the worst and the rudest management. The worst and the rudest customer service.When I ask about something the girl who is working there just started acting dramatic and insulted me for nothing she threw the bag on my face and said ( I don’t care about this Sh.. you are saying )should not come from sales person just because I asked to get my money in dollars instead of coins and I was talking nicely to her and she still insulting and using her bad language words I regret going to this place. It was the worst experience ever for me. I don’t recommend it."
"I have been coming for many years and this is my go to store for scrubs. The employees are always very helpful and the store always has a great selection to choose from. I loved my last recent shopping experience getting to listen to gospel music while I shopped. This is rare to hear at many businesses but it’s definitely needed these days."
