"We arrived to find that this place is essentially a by appointment only. But instead of just saying that on the website, you have to call them when you get there and then wait for someone to arrive. Additionally, once they finally got there and I had found what I needed, their debit/credit machine was down, so I could not make my purchase. They suggested I come back some other time!! Which of course will not be happening."
"I hate to give low stars because I know how much reputation counts and they have other great reviews but I came to there store in Hurst. It said it was open but was locked. Called the number on the door, where it said to call so someone can come and assist you, the lady said she would be here shortly. Called back to ask if they at least had what I was looking for but no one answered. I ended up sitting outside waiting for over 40 mins and no one showed up. Looks like a great selection from outside but to get service is the problem."

Very knowledgeable and energetic. We love working with people like that and will definitely be coming back for all of our needs. She deserves a raise for sure!"
