"Never answers the phones. Your direct contact never answers the phone. When you make a complaint it gets lost in their system and they never reach back out to you. Ordering takes forever even when you’re just purchasing products. Charge you for the rentals even if they’re not picking up or delivering."

Almost may now and I think 2 guys have complete uniform sets. Horrible operation. The opposite of convenient and nothing but headaches and empty promises from their reps. I’d quit if I worked for this company. Can’t fulfill what they promised to deliver on when they said it could be delivered. Pandemic, excuses, pandemic, excuses, supply chain blah blah blah"
