"The worst experience I have ever had in a place where you come to give them your money. Last week I bought 3 pairs of pants and one of them was a size too big. Exactly 7 days later I came back to change the pants for a smaller size I have my receipt and the pants were intact with all its tags and everything and I never thought that I would be the worst disappointed when they told me that they could not change it. I tried to speak with a manager but there is not one on duty ( so basically do whatever you want we won’t help you) and after keep asking they contacted me by phone with Julia who about customer service knows nothing since she told me we won’t change it because those are our rules . I was going to buy this on Amazon but this is what I get for trying to help the economy and small businesses “A very bad experience”. I do not recommend this place because is too expensive and in any other place with a little education and customer service skills you can really feel like you are the customer and are welcome in their place…"

"I bought a dress for my wedding, a simple wedding, and I ended up not liking it at all. I went to Fancy Boutique and found a beautiful dress with the help of the great people who work there. I explained that my wedding was exactly 1 week away. They saved my day!! I will most definitely return!!!"

"They have a vast variety of dresses and what not but the girl with all the make up is extremely rude. She would just walk away when asked a question and her body language gives the impression that customers presence in the store annoys her. They have a no exchange no return policy which is absurd. I can understand it necessary for undergarments and or dresses or items that have been altered but the policy shouldn't apply to ties or bowties. I unfortunately bought the wrong color bowtie and brought it back in the same sealed package I bought it in the day before and got stuck with the wrong color bowtie for a wedding. Girls with a lot of make up just told me "we don't do exchanges" and literally walked away. Her customer service needs improvement."
