"Good experience just very busy and when busy there isn't much room to walk around in the store. Employees were very nice and courteous, we were greeted when entering and we were able to get to the back of the store to shop for merchandise, however, couldn't walk around or shop in the front of the store there was no room!"
"I always enjoy coming into this store. They have a nice variety of items. I just wished that their Stuido Ghibli selection was bigger and that they would carry more plus-size clothes for someone big like me."
"Both items that really caught my eye were stacked up near the ceiling, so a helpful young man named Joseph grabbed a ladder and climbed up there to give me a better look at the merchandise. I feel I may have wasted his time because I didn't end up purchasing either item, but he was clearly more than happy to help. Everyone working was really doing their best today and I appreciate that."
"This location was well stocked, clean and the organization was on point! Staff was very friendly! Even the clearance items were neatly placed! I was interested in a funko pop that was stocked up high out of my reach I went to checkout and it was close to closing time when I asked the cashier (salem) if she just so happend to know the price, if not it was fine because I didn't want to be a bother and she happily walked all the way to the back to grab the tallest ladder she could find to check for me! Talk about customer service! Some items seemed a bit overpriced but we still found some good deals."
"Got t-shirts on sell today at hot topic and the girl with the cool boots on cant remember her name? She is a young black female she was supper nice and helped me get the young bucks tee from up top. I really don't like how there's no room to move around in this store, but with the sells on tee and with the young lady who helped me I'll come back and buy more stuff from this place."
