"Very disappointing experience. I went here with a friend and we are both plus sized and were treated awfully. We could hear the employees working talking about us like we were not there, saying things about how we were going to “damage the clothes” while trying them on because of our weight. This team needs better training because this behavior is extremely rude and I don’t know how this place is still in business when customers are treated like that. Don’t waste your time"
"Bought my dream lolita dress today from here, I've always came to this store wanting to buy clothing items but a lot of it doesn't fit. It's very high quality and has amazing intricate details. The associates were very nice and they were trying to give other suggestions on items that would fit me better but when I told them I'm wanting to diet and work out to help get in this dress they gave me some tips! Thank you again, it's perfect ♡"

"Super cute. Everything is great quality. Would like to point out that they only carry petite sizes when it comes to the clothing. Wish they had plus sizes. Also wished that the employees weren't so openly talking bad about people as if we couldn't hear what they were saying about us. Now yes I loved the accessories. Best press on nails I have had in a long time. I will only go back because I love lolita/gal fashion. But in my community we do not bully one another and we are not toxic. Once you fix that habit then I will give 5 stars. Have a wonderful day."
