"Issue was resolved, thank you. Please continue to monitor the donation boxes to stop random littering that may occur."

"This is a great place! There is a new manager and you can feel the energy here. Very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this is one of the best of the goodwill stores!"

"Came into the store just checking things out. Met a very helpful employee Whitney Miller. She was very kind and assisted me with finding items of interest. I would definitely return again!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend, an United States Army Veteran, and I drove 25 minutes to this location to donate an air compressor and shop around. He went first thing to donate, asked someone where to go and was just pointed in a general direction, when he went over there and asked again if that was the correct location, he was ignored. The employee checking customers out was helping someone at the moment; however, instead of simply saying, “One moment sir, I will be with you shortly” (seeing as she was actually the manager, we later found out), she just ignored him. Now, asking 2 employees where he needs to go to DONATE and still not getting any clear answer, he just said “Okay, well I’ll leave this here at the front desk while I look around, since everyone is ignoring me” and started to turn to go look around, to which, now magically Whitney the manager is able to respond to him, she told him to take him and his attitude and leave her store. I was at a rack at near the front doors, and I could hear her from there. I have never, in my 9 years of customer service, ever seen such immediate disrespect and lack of professionalism from a so-called manager to a customer, ever. To drive almost 30 minutes, we were having a lovely day, and to be treated this way unprompted, again to an Army Veteran, is absolutely atrocious. I tried to talk to her after I saw what occurred, and as soon as I addressed the situation, she spat the same attitude at me too, did not even try to speak to me civilly. I WILL be in touch with corporate until this is justly resolved."

"As of June 2023 they accept donations but the process is different. It's not the old personal drop off that used to be used. Now they use outside bins separated by item type. They do take the bins in 15 to 30 minutes before the donation hours end. I suppose you need to go inside to ask for a receipt if you want one."
