"I live in Dallas and went to two Sports Clips who told me they didn't have someone to do a short woman's haircut. Was in Arlington by chance and decided to try the South Cooper location. Called first and was assured all their stylists could do a short women's haircut. Showed up and was given Gloria. Gave her a printout of a haircut I wanted. It ended up a little bit shorter than the pic but it honestly looks great and I am very happy with it. Wil be visiting again for my next cut!"

"Came in, and Rebecca was cutting my hair, I had to remind her four times how I wanted my hair cut. It was a simple fade and told her where I wanted the fade at and she went all the way to the top of my head to where its not blended on the left so now the hair on top of my head folds over. She smelled like she had been drinking, seemed intoxicated and was fumbling the comb and scissors. I will probably not be coming to this location anymore. I did tip her $7 out of respect and felt sorry for her."
