"I went to Ryan every two weeks for close to a year. I have a busy work schedule, but would adjust my schedule to make it work for him. Every time I got a cut, I'd have to wait on him to finish the cut in front of me - never complained once. I tipped at least 20% every time, and gave him a nice Christmas bonus, too. Last week, I was late to my appointment (fully my fault - see above and busy schedule) ... he refused to give me a cut. There wasn't anyone there waiting ... I didn't take anyone's spot. I guess customer service isn't important, no matter how the customer has bent over backwards to make it work for him. Happy cuttin' bro, on to a Barber who understands both sides of the transaction."
