"A friend of mine and I went to this location to shop around and were VERY rudely told to leave right at 6 pm. The employees all looked like they weren't a day over 16 and rather than asking if we were ready to check out, when we clearly had things in our hands, we were told multiple times within a span of 30 seconds that they had just closed. Eyes were rolled and there was a lot of attitude that we were still in the store when we did not know that they closed at 6. We found it to be extremely poor customer service and will not be returning to this location."
"Rudest employees. They kicked us out right at 6:00 pm on the dot telling us we had to leave due to closing and we weren’t able to checkout the items we had picked out. We were told multiple times within a span of less than a minute they were closing when we clearly had things in our hands. The two females at the time were rolling eyes to us and were extremely annoyed we were there. I have never been kicked out from somewhere when I clearly have items I want to purchase. This used to be one of my favorite stores in town but after this encounter I will not be going back."
"Their buyer definitely picks the styles SHE likes instead of having things for all kinds of preferences. For the second time there were zero pairs of chucks on the shelves. And even though they said they needed guys clothes, last time I was here I watched her deny over half a dudes clothes he brought in that looked like they were in good shape and on brand. Other locations are WAY better."
"I am not one to typically complain but these are THE rudest employees I’ve ever met… I am not trying to be ugly but it is a bad representation for Plato’s Closet. I’ve been in several times hoping for a different outcome but EVERY time I have been there I’ve been greeted with nothing but rudeness. Do better. I will not be back. Would give 0 stars if able."
"Definitely not worth the time.... the employees aren't friendly and look like they are about 15 years old.. went in to sell and buy some clothes.. was told they could only take 7 items cause "they are being very picky." And that the other clothes I had "are out of style" when I saw shirts and pants in there that haven't been seen or worn for the last 10 years... the stuff I have is not out of style and absolutely nothing wrong with them... pics below of what I went to sell.. so tell me what's wrong or out of style in these?!?! Would definitely love to have a actual adult to talk to..."
