"The dentist, hygienist and staff have always been great with our boys and I'm happy that appointments seem to be running so much smoother. My 9 year old says he would rate them a 4.5 because he just really doesn't like the sticky stuff (flouride) they put on his teeth, lol. Other than that, he thinks they're great."
"The dentist I saw felt like he was just trying to get me out of there as fast as possible. Took five minutes (maybe less) to barely scrape off all my plaque. I had to finish the job at home myself because there was still plaque he missed. A lot of it actually. He was very ungentle also. The least gentle dentist appointment I've ever been to. His staff was great and receptionist was wonderful which is why I thought I was in good hands. Definitely not true. Also have never left a dental appointment with them not flossing the patient ?? It was a 20 minute cleaning. That is absurd. My cleanings my whole life have been unbearably long and boring. If my insurance hadn’t made it free I would have been so upset with my experience. Do not recommend in general though, there is much much better care out there."
