"This place doesn’t respect their return or exchange policies owner is very rude about it and the manager thinks she owns the store once I proved to them I had everything they needed for the exchange they started sniffing the pants and they even took turns smelling the pants( I guess they get a sniffing training )after they all sniffed the pants they came out with the conclusion the pants smell like smoke I am a non smoker so where did they get the smoke smell from after an hour of waiting in the store they made the exchange the cashier was so mad I could hear her talking about me with other co workers so then she gave me a difference of 5 dollars in store credit when I paid cash for it which I won’t be back so I lost those 5 dollars"

"I am not quite sure if it was a sales person or the manager store, but it was a gentle men that was very rude attending my husband and me. Everything that came out from his mouth mas negative, couldn't believe that someone like him could be talking to his customers so rude. We drove to the McAllen store in Jackson and the service was excellent."
