"Love the clothes, hate how compact and messy everything is, customer service is bleugh. A couple of rude employee's especially one of the upper head named Ally who made the huggest fuss about letting me exchange an item even though i had the receipt but not the tag and when she finally aggreed said with the ruddest tone "I'm doing you a favor". Definitely not coming back to this F21."
