"If you enjoy waiting, this is your place. I called ahead and told them I’d be in at 1:30, they said they had no wait and was not busy. I walk in at 1:35, 4 other people are waiting for their haircuts. Nobody greets you or talks to you when you walk in. At 2:20 I walked out due to them taking forever and not checking appointments. The owner will stop his clients haircut midway through, to carry out personal transactions like selling a backpack. The place is dirty and run down as well. I have been here before previously a few times but I will not be coming back due to the unprofessionalism."

"We used to go to the one in Saginaw. Once we moved to keller it was nice they had a location there. I would say a appointment is a must as they get very busy. Customer service is always good. We just started using Anthony for our son's haircut. It was great no complaints. The price has always been my issue. But you won't have a problem with the results. If you ever use Louie he is 100% professional and has given me great cuts for about 5yrs."
