"I went in a couple of weeks ago for a simple shampoo and trim. The person who was supposed to be attending to me was on her phone nearly the entire time I was there. I had to ask to have my hair properly washed. AND my haircut was uneven. Not to mention, the person was completely rude the rest of my time there. I was absolutely appalled. I won't ever go back there."
"So this past weekend was the second time my daughter and I have gone there for our haircuts. The first time months ago we both saw Nicole, and we both were so happy. My daughter has wavy textured hair and got a wolf cut with bangs. It was easily one of the best cuts she's ever had. I on the other hand have completely straight thin hair with no texture to it. I got a long straight cut with light layers and front face framing. I loved it. My hair is so easy to mess up with the thinness of it. She convinced me to add a few light layers for movement. I was so anxious because layers usually ruin my hair but they were perfect. Then, we went this weekend, she saw Cecilia and I saw Renee, they too were amazing. My daughter got the same cut, and it is so perfect. I too, did the same thing and it was amazing. I love it. It's rare to have experienced so many of their stylists and be completely thrilled with them all. We will continue to go there for our hair needs. They do not disappoint, and they do not break the bank. Definitely recommend!"
"My wife got her hair cut here and liked it. She asked if they do mens cuts which they replied that they do. A few weeks later my wife tried calling to make me an appointment with them. She called multiple times and left messages. No one called her back. Eventually they answered one of her phone calls and she set an appointment for me for 12/12/23 at 2pm. They called at 1:55pm saying they were running behind. I ended up arriving at 2:05pm and decided i would wait in the lobby. At 2:40pm i left because they had yet to give me an eta on when i would be getting in. My wife and I will most likely not be back here. Probably not the stylist’s fault. They just need better time management."
