"Taylor scammed me. I asked for blonde and a blow out / style. She took 6 hours & charged me $320 for turning my hair completely red. When I asked what went into $320 she said "you have thick hair and I charge $65 an hour" absolutely turned off and have worse roots than what I came in with. I was so much more blonde before. Taylor also left during our appointment to go pick up her son."
