"Nice place, my stylist was very friendly and relatable. She did a good job, my only complaint is the shave on my beard was different on either side of my face. Enjoyed my cut but unfortunately with the economy, I can't afford to go there everytime."

"I scheduled my husband a haircut and added a few things to make it a nice experience for him. First off, the haircut wasn't great. My husband and I were both disappointed at the quality. Secondly, my husband said the whole time the lady made him feel like an inconvenience. She even said they did not have time for things that were booked. He doesn't complain a lot and the fact that he was complaining just screamed how unprofessional it was. Thirdly, we booked and were charged for a "Luxury Haircut" which they did not do. It's supposed to come with a shampoo and scalp massage, but neither occurred. Of course, they still charged for it. I am disappointed and will be booking elsewhere next time. Paying customers deserve better service and more quality than is being offered by Polished Men."

"When it comes to haircuts and beard care, real men want just a few things. Convenience. Consistency. Reliability. I moved to Granbury a couple years ago and needed to find these things. Before moving, the same wonderful person cut my hair for 15 years. In Granbury, I found a couple of businesses that catered to men, so I made an appointment. First try, the haircut was fine. Second time, the person who cut my hair was gone. So…another new person cuts my hair and I don’t love it, but not terrible. Third time in, the person who cut my hair last time was gone!!! Now I’m thinking…something’s not right, so I decided to try the other place which is why I’m writing this review. Same person has cut my hair every time and those three things that are important to me??? Bullseye! Shout out Summer! If you’re considering this place, just make your appointment with Summer and thank me later."
