"Very much disappointed in the bedside manners of this dentist. When clearly mentioned and the clinic is fully aware of my 11yr old son's (Duchenne) medical condition, yet dentist was treating him if he is an able-bodied adult. When he started crying because of the uneasiness, she commented "you are crying like a 1 year old". I am looking for an alternative to this dentist. Please assist if you know of any. Thanks,"

Nolly as the office manager is very keen in answering questions and help out on the schedule. Assistant Jessica is really good with kids, big smiles and very pleasant to chat with."

"The staff is unprofessional. The dental office urgency for extensive work is lacking. I have not received any paperwork in regards to the treatment plan although I was told it would be emailed. I just moved here and had to find a new pediatric dentist for my children. My 15 year old son has never had a single cavity and has never been to this particular dental office due to him being older. My 5 year old daughter has been here 3 times over the course of 1.5 year. I was just told during last appointment that my daughter needed 2 root canals, 2 Crowns and 8 fillings. The other two appointments were great! My question is how did all this happen in a matter of months?! I do not trust the dentist ability to treat my child and will NEVER return. In addition to them not emailing me the treatment plan they have not called once to even follow up as promised and it's been 3 weeks. Ugh!! Some dental offices just don't have the concept of patient care down. I would not reccommend this office, very disappointing!"
